Dear Visitor,

We are so glad to have you visit our website. God is doing some wonderful things at Northwest Bible Baptist Church and we are rejoicing at His hand of goodness upon this ministry.

I hope you will come visit during one of our services. If you do not know Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour, please read The Bible Way to Heaven before leaving this website.

Your First-Time Visit

We want you to experience a great time and meet friendly people who will welcome you into the family of Northwest Bible Baptist Church. We know that first-time visits to any church raise many questions and concerns.

Here is a quick look at some frequently asked questions that will hopefully give you a better idea of what to expect when you visit NBBC. If you do not see an answer to your question here or on any of the specific ministry pages, please contact the church office by calling 847-695-6222. Our staff would love to assist you in preparation for your visit to NBBC.

Where are you located?
Our address is 9N889 Nesler Road, Elgin, IL 60124. We are 2 miles south of Route 20 (Lake St.) and 2 miles west of Randall Road. Directions and service times.
Where do I go?
Greeters are located at the front entrance to the building. These greeters will help you get to the main auditorium, help your children get to their classes, and show you where your adult class is.
How do I get a ride to church?
We send out buses every Sunday morning throughout our community. To see if one of these buses comes through your neighborhood, fill out this form with your name, address and phone number. In the "comments" field, request a bus pickup.
What do I need to bring?
A Bible will help you follow along with the message and scripture reading. If you have a Bible, bring it with you. We also offer Bibles for purchase in the bookstore.
When do I need to arrive?
Sunday morning services begin promptly at 10:45am. Bible Study Groups and Sunday School classes meet at 9:45am. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the service/class time to allow adequate time for parking and getting to the Auditorium/Bible Study class. If you have small children, this will give you enough time to show them their classes and get them checked in properly.
What should I wear?
Many people choose to wear their "Sunday best". We only ask that you be modest and appropriate in what you choose to wear to God's house.
Is the church handicap accessible?
Yes. There is reserved parking adjacent to both sides of the main entrance. The building is also equipped with wheelchair accessible entrances and handicap accessible restrooms are located throughout the building. Should you need a wheelchair to use or need assistance, please call the church office ahead of time, and we'll be more than happy to help you get to where you are going.
Where do my children go?
We are equipped with clean, professional, state of the art nurseries and children's classes. Our nurseries are for babies through 3 year olds. We have gone to extreme efforts to make sure your little ones will be cared for properly.

We hope you will join us soon!
